For experts and consultants
Built to be checked, line by line
If you testify or file for consumer advocates, commissions or intervenors on large-load and interconnection costs, you need a number you can explain line by line. Here is what stands behind this one.
What you can show
- The rule
- For each operator, the exact status we count as signed, in the operator’s own words.Read the rule per operator →
- The inputs
- The full queue table we read from each operator every day, kept unaltered with a SHA-256 fingerprint. The archive comes with a data license where the operator’s terms permit redistribution; we confirm this operator by operator before a license is signed.
- The history
- Every change of method, dated, with its effect on the number. When we were wrong, the correction says so and says by how much.See every correction →
- The limits
- Generation queues only. A floor, not a forecast. Shares are not comparable across operators, because each one publishes status its own way. We state these up front, so no one has to find them for you.
- Large load
- Where a utility reports its own large-load pipeline, we archive each report and read it twice. Georgia Power, quarterly since 2024: pipeline, commitments and projects that have broken ground, with the page each figure comes from.Georgia: announced, committed, under construction →
What we won’t do
Take a side in any proceeding, give anyone early access to a change or adjust a number for a client.
